Massimo Chiodo is a true cosmopolitan character. Born in Rome, he has lived, in addition to Italy, in Finland, France, Russia and Spain. Massimo is fluent in Italian, English, Spanish, French, Finnish and Russian. His extensive international business experience includes international trade, road construction, fashion business, marina construction, management and the yachting industry in general.

Massimo's solid experience in the yachting industry includes being Team Manager of the UIM Class-1 Powerboat World Championships in 1992, International Promoter of the UIM Class-1 Powerboat World Championships in 1997 and also co-owner of Premium Yachts (Distributor of the Ferretti Group).

 In 2009 Massimo moved to Ibiza (Spain) where he has had his yacht since 1994 and where he feels at home. Astra Yachts and Astra Yachting Services have been founded by him and are now his main business activity.

Joe Chiodo, a true enthusiast in both yachts and cars.

Born in Helsinki, Finland, and educated in Switzerland, he's a globetrotter at heart and speaks fluently Italian, English, Spanish and Finnish.

After co-founding Astra Elements, a Spanish entity specialized in building yacht marinas, Joe made a shift to the automotive world where he acted first in Finland as Business Development at Porsche Finland and later as CEO and co-founder at Ducati Finland.

From Finland he was invited to act as General Director at Porsche Tuscany in Italy where he lately formed, together with his new Italian partners, a new entity Trias Handels, specialised in global car wholesaling, with offices in Italy, Austria and Spain.

From 2022 he's back to his yachting passion, representing top yacht brands through Astra Yachts. His journey exemplifies dedication and excellence in both yachts and cars.
